I just love this pose with the combination of these colors and the little smirk on John's face!

This was the first time I met parents at a planning session where Mom didn't really have any specific pose requests, but Dad had two requests! Mike really wanted to capture a photo that incorporated his love for golf and also one that somehow included an American flag.

My favorite part of this session was being able to exercise my creativity in figuring out how to design these images for Mike in a beautiful and artistic way.

John was very sleepy and happy during the posed portion of the session, but then woke up right before the lifestyle family portion of the session, which made for adorable images of him looking at Mommy and Daddy or at the camera as well as images capturing Mommy and Daddy talking to and interacting with him.

In-home sessions are the perfect choice for parents who love posed newborn setups, but are attracted to more candid and natural family portraits.
