Gah! All of the little baby wrinkles! It's almost too much to handle!

Owen was sleepy the whole time until right before our prop shot. I ended up wrapping him and getting a bright-eyed wide awake photo for his family.

My favorite part of the session was recreating mom's favorite image from big brother Ryan's newborn session. The images would be perfect to hang side by side without being overly similar.

Big brother Ryan was only 19 months at the time of the session and had zero interest in posing for portraits with his brother.

Plus, I knew from photographing him at 6 months and 1 year that he gives all the serious faces! Lucky for us, Owen was a sleepy dream during portraits with his brother so I could really focus on Ryan.
