It was so important for this mama to capture her sweet newborn twins. “Time moves so quickly,” Shelly said. “You blink and they’re no longer newborns anymore!"

This isn't a pose I do very often but I especially love the way it turns out with twins! Throughout the session, both girls were super sleepy and easy to pose. One would get hungry so I would pose the other individually and then we would swap.

Mom was especially hopeful that we could capture the girls holding hands.

They were actually so sleepy, their fingers were like jelly so it took a lot of patience and the tiniest of finger movements to capture this beautiful shot!

We were able to move fairly quickly from pose to pose. With twins, I never know if I'm looking at a 5-6 hour session and whether I'll be able to get all of the poses mom wants, but the girls were just so sweet so we were able to finish around the 4-hour mark!
