Newborn Posing Workshop

{Pittsburgh Area - Gibsonia, PA}

I can’t wait to teach you how to elevate your newborn posing game and all the little tips and tricks to perfecting those poses you want to work on! This 4.5-hour small group workshop will go over all the steps, from lighting and settings, to angles and posers, to wrapping and settling! Watch me work with newborn models to demonstrate my beanbag flow posing as well as different prop poses, and then jump in with your own DSLR to practice taking the best angles for each pose.

Feel free to use workshop images to do your own newborn model calls and practice, practice, practice! (I just ask that you tag me when you share 😊)

8:30—9:30 Meet & Greet & Discussion of lighting, setup, and camera settings

9:30—12:30 Posing/Angle Demonstration & Practice with Newborn Models

12:30—1-ish Provided Lunch and Q&A

You’ll also be invited to a Facebook group for additional support following the workshop, in case you have more questions once you start practicing the new skills you’ve learned!

*Participants should be comfortable shooting in Manual with a basic understanding of the exposure triangle.

*Equipment needed: a DSLR camera and lens (35mm or 24-70mm recommended) 50mm or macro lens optional

Optional Zoom call Add-on (scheduled on a different day) : Editing newborn images in Photoshop & my favorite actions! Learn how to extend backdrops, touch up flaky skin/blemishes, even out skin tone, smooth skin & sharpen features, polish the look with a gradient, and check the image for correct color and brightness.
