Emmeline | 12 days old | Pittsburgh Newborn Photographer

This sweet little peanut came into the world 27 days before her due date, exactly one week before Thanksgiving. I mean, I totally get it….not wanting to miss any of the holiday season and all of the extra loves and cuddles that were sure to come with it!

Since she still wasn’t even “technically” full-term by the date of her photo session, she was a very sleepy little girl and happily posed for all of these precious memories her mommy and daddy will be able to treasure for years and years to come.

I love in this bottom image you can really see the tiny cleft in her chin that she gets from her mama. <3

It makes me so, so happy when clients elect to participate in family portraits as part of their newborn session! It is the best way to forever capture that immediate and immense love parents feel for their new sweet little baby.

Plus I love that Mom and Dad chose such a bold color for their wardrobe! (I’ll be honest…I’m usually a play-it-safe-with-neutrals kinda girl) But this cobalt blue really added pop to their gallery without at all detracting from the star of the images!

One day Emmeline will be all grown up, and these family portraits will mean the world to her, and I feel so blessed to have been a part of creating these photographs for her family! Congratulations! She is perfect!
