The profile images with baby and Dad are often a big hit with my clients, and here is such a sweet example showing why! Here's Dad nose to nose with his little princess, showing her tiny size as he cups the back of her head in his hand.
And to me his expression says, "Oh, how I have waited and wished for you." <3
Adalynn was a great baby! She did wake up, though, when we were changing blanket backdrops and wasn't super interested in going back to sleep.
I used the opportunity to wrap her up and put her in the little snowman outfit that Mom brought in, hoping that being swaddled would help her fall back asleep, but you can see she still stayed awake for a little while!
I just love when I hand baby to Mama and they break into a big ol' grin. I couldn't plan it better to get a big genuine smile from Mom!
Sarah's pregnancy was a tough one, so I couldn't have been happier for her when baby Adalynn arrived safe and sound!
Adalynn's Grandaddy had purchased the pink Dollywood dress for her, and it was important to Sarah and Bo that I find a way to incorporate it into the session. Posing with these types of outfits can be tricky, but I love how the two images I captured in the same pose are both quite different and show off the dress in different ways.
