When Mom told me Levi’s birthday theme was “Our Little Meatball is Turning One” my immediate reaction was “How do you feel about a spaghetti smash instead of a cake smash”. This was one of the most fun 1st birthday session’s I’ve ever done!

This fall cake smash was so cute! Mom made the pumpkin-shaped cake, and you would never know from these portraits that the session had a rocky start. It’s not unusual for 1-year-olds to take some time to warm up but typically we can still grab plenty of great portraits!
