I met Victoria and Joel when they came for Nathaniel’s newborn session. I loved that they wanted to add a maternity session when they booked newborn for baby #2.

Natalie and Matan opted to do their winter maternity session in the studio. We got to capture their love for each other and their future baby girl with multiple gowns and backdrops—capturing flirty, feminine, and pretty, despite the frigid Pittsburgh weather outside!

The temperature was in the 20’s on our photo session day, but unfortunatly it was the only day we could make work in January so we powered through. Melissa’s older girls were amazing despite the frigid temperatures and we ended up getting gorgeous snowy portraits.

Stephanie’s session was in the winter, so we decided to split it so that we would only spend 30 minutes of her one hour session outside.

Abbey & John were so cute, and the sun was so perfect during their maternity shoot, that it was nearly impossible for me to narrow down my favorites for sharing. So be prepared for TONS of posing inspo in this blog post!

We had to reschedule Lilly and Kisun’s maternity session multiple times due to weather, so I was thrilled when we finally ended up with a gorgeous sunny evening!

Jen and Matt were adamant about including their two Bernese mountain dogs (Denver & Yogi) and their maternity session, and these boys were the most photogenic, well-behaved four-legged big brothers I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with!

Lauren & Jordan wanted a quiet location with a mixture of natural and architectural backgrounds. Robin Hill Park turned out to be the perfect spot for their maternity portraits!

Kim’s maternity session almost didn’t happen—we had originally scheduled for late March 2020, but then Covid happened and the state went into lockdown for 2 months. These images are that much more special because we almost missed out on being able to capture them!

Sarah & Bo were such a joy to photograph and capture their love and their joy for their first baby. Plus, I could always count on Bo to get a genuine and amazing smile out of Sarah.

This photo perfectly captures Darla's and Geoff's personalities, their love for each other, and the joy and excitement they feel in preparation for their baby boy's arrival. I just love everything about it!
