Not every family needs a fully customized portrait experience. The Classic Family Experience offers the same beautiful outdoor portraits and signature editing style in a more streamlined format.
Designed for families who value simplicity and flexibility, this experience allows us to handle the planning through email, focus on creating genuine moments during your session, and deliver your images through an online gallery where you can browse and order at your own pace. It's an easy, stress-free way to document this season of your family's story while still receiving the quality and care Emily Novak Photography is known for.

Session Planning
Balancing life and parenting responsibilities can be a lot! To keep things are stress free as possible, all planning for these sessions are handled via email.
A Custom-Designed Photo Shoot
Family sessions take place at an outdoor location of your choosing. If you need help selecting a location, I have plenty of local recommendations!
Expect a few traditional, looking-at-the-camera pose setups and then several more “candid” poses that capture genuine expressions and interactions .
An Online Ordering Gallery
Once I have completed the basic edits I will send you a gallery to look through all the best images from your session. On the gallery website you will be able to create a list of your favorite images and any additional edit requests you may have. This keeps things simple and convenient to fit into your schedule!
